Not Me Monday (Mommy Blog)

I did NOT take my wee man to the Pumpkin Patch with a runny nose w/ his preschool class. In my defense, I did NOT make him wear an 'Elmer Fudd' hat.

I did NOT make a huge pan of rice krispie bars to take on the field trip & when I asked Miss Buffy if she needed them she said "No, I think we have plenty of treats."

I was NOT secretly excited that I would have more to snack on. I would never get excited about cereal, butter, marshmallows. Oh & I wouldn't even get excited if 1/2 of the the cereal was Cocoa Puffs instead of Rice Krispies. Nope, NOT me.

I would never just rip his cute little hat off so I could see his beautiful blonde hair. Upon seeing his frightening state of 'Fraggle Hair', I would NOT continue taking pictures without fixing his hair. Uh, Uh. I'm a perfectionist, remember?

I would never let my son do this: 'Hmmm, there's a pumpkin!'"I wonder what it tastes like?"

"Yuck, that doesn't taste like the little orange ones from that bag mom was giving me yesterday!"

"Mom, I've got stem in my mouth!"

"Hey, could you put the camera down & help me out!"

"I think I'll put this pumpkin over here since it tastes sooo bad!"
