Germanfest 2009

We met at Tony's Main Street Cafe for breakfast. I love me some pancakes. Then we headed to Muenster, TX for Germanfest. There were lots of arts & crafts to look at. Mom & Nana bought some cool jewelry.

Here's the family listening to some neat music called POLKA. There was lots of dancing too. Everyone seemed so happy. It could've been related to all the different types of beer they were serving.

We had a great day. I fell asleep in my stroller the last 20 minutes & slept the whole way home.

Happy Easter!

We spent Easter at Nana & PawPaw Cleppers. It was really rainy outside, so we had to hunt for eggs inside. We had really yummy food & I ate a lot of chocolate.

They bought me some ducks. Their names are Dewey & Daisy.

My Great-Great Aunt Jean (GG) came down from Tulsa to visit me. She climbed into my book cubbie. She is SO silly.


Mom & Nana wanted to get my picture in this basket with the bunny rabbits. Yeah, I'm thrilled! Can't you tell by the excited expression on my face?

This is Smokey. He is an American Mini Lop-eared rabbit.

I found the Prize Egg! Oh yes, and the little white bunny beside me is Skip-It (the sequel).

Wow, I'm a little behind

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. Here are some highlights of the last month:

• I'm practically running now. I can back up & turn around in circles.
• I finally said DaDa about 2 weeks ago. (Dad was getting a little worried that the only things I would ever say were Mama & BaBa)
• By the way, BaBa is a multipurpose word for bottle & Bye-Bye. I also use it for "Hey Ma, how about a snack/juice sippy/milk!"
• I'm still sleeping through the night.
• I can stand on my ride-on toy's seat & act like I'm surfing
• My Nana TooDoo & PawPaw (Mom's parents) bought me 2 ducks. Their names are Luey & Lucy. I get to play in their pond for fun.
• This eating thing is wearing me out. I don't understand why I can't eat Stage 3 baby food forever. Mom & Dad keep shoving things like cubed chicken, veggies, fish sticks, etc. in my face. I don't like texture. How often do I have to spit it out for them to get the idea? I mean really? Seriously?
